Attention: Head of Customer Relations

Dear Sir/Madam,

Last week, whilst working abroad, I held a small buffet
lunch for participants and presenters at an intenational art
conference. As part of the canope, I intended to serve
sandwiches containing your well known canned meat. I use
your product often, normally without problems.

Unfortunately though, after purchasing your product from a
small shop and then opening the can, I was horrified to
discover that it was contaminated with hair and had to find
a substitute at the last minute.

I was very dissatisfied by the waste of time and money this
caused myself and others. Therefore, to solve the problem, I
would appreciate your help in providing a replacement can of
meat, inorder to restore my confidence in your products.

I do not have a copy of the receipt.

I am looking forward to your reply and for this matter to be
settled amicably. I will wait one month before seeking third
party assistance from Graz Consumer Affairs Department.
