 ROOT 98 takes place over the weekend of the 9th October, in a number
 of venues in Hull, focusing on the ROOT hub.
 
 
 
 
 - ROOTcast will stream the live action, ambience and oral attack of ROOT98 down
   the telephone lines with the assistance of the Xchange net.radio network.
 
 - ROOTmix is a blend of all the pre-recorded elements of the festival
 
 - OpenXchanger is the cue for anyone interested in sending their stream to the
   ROOTcast. Current participants include CCS(Calgary), Ozone(Riga)

 - ROOTcast Reuters : a PPP and DEPENDENT co-production of The News plus
