- essam arrives / I completelly forgot we had a caligraphy lesson today / he brings some books with 'free caligraphy' - very nice / we have a nice 3 hours lesson combining rocca very strict and free improvised caligraphy - everytime roca wents out wrong I say its free caligraphy..
- when essam arrived he was calling my name in the front of the door / now I remembered that Mohammed and Naser would also do the same / I would have to answear and say - Yes why don't you come in / Ithink there is some rule that man cant enter the space where the women is or something similar
- also the same as the during the last lesson when the call for the prayer starts Essam tells me I have to go to the toalet.
- he tells me also if I want to come to work with him - he started to go to the Pharaon City and write names in arabic caligraphy for the tourists. He needs somebody who speaks english. It will be next week.
- Hangar and Cic finally all agreed about the change of the dates of my residency - I should come back for two weeks in the early October. Now I only have to change the ticket.
- Call the e-bookers they direct me to Egypt air - in EA nobody answears - go out to find some agency -
- meet after with mayada for a shay- so she explains me more about sinai - she just came back few days ago
- troubles to find an exchange office / in tourist agency they direct me to go to the EgyptAir - it is in Nile Hilton / I go there / subterranean passages undr the Tahrir Sqware / you never know on which part of a huge square you are going to appear / in Nile Hilton Bank the system just went down / In Egypt air they tell me its so expensive to change the ticket that is better just to buy another one / I make a reservation / hungry now / sit at the Nile Hilton terrace / waiters charged me more and they dont want to accept euros / go to another bank to change the money / I enter the bank but its almost empty , trough the half open door I see all the mans in suits without shoes crowling on the floor / going back to the restaurant and a waiter tells me that he excuses but the bill is more that it was written than I get a bit angry and tells that its less indeed - finnaly I pay less.
- central part of Tahrir Square is closed due to works / but it doesnt seem as anybody is doing anything there
- outside unberable hot / waiting long to cross all the streets /
- comming back to cic / now its too late to meet with Mayada / we'll talk tomorrow
