J Sainsbury plc -v- Irational

Thank you for your letter of Friday 11th July 1997 received
by us on 14th July 1997.  We note that you have undertaken
to delete any reference to Sainsbury's and/or Reward or any
mark substantially similar thereto and to forthwith send
print out of all replies to your site connected in any
manner whatsoever with Sainsbury's and/or their Reward
scheme.

We were therefore surprised to access your site on 14th July
and find that it still therefore contained references to
"Reward" including facsimiles of our clients Reward Cards.

Further we do not yet appear to have received copies of
print outs of all replies to you web site connected with
Sainsburys and/or their Reward scheme.

We therefore look forward to receiving copies of the said
replies by return, together with immediate  action to delete
the references to Sainsbury and/or Reward as undertaken by
you.
